At the beginning of a game at roster page under options what is copy roster?

We think you are probably referring to the Lineup screen... there is a "Copy Lineup -> Roster" which will copy the current lineup to the team roster. This allows changes you have made while scoring a game to be reflected in the Team Roster for the next game you create.

Thanks, so when I start next game and I don't have my line in yet I hit copy roster and it will put last game starters in?

When you create new games, it will actually use whatever you have in your roster as the default starting lineup for new games.
