Game missing, team stats not but player stats are

I just finished a game tonight and ended it as normal. When it brought me to the list of games the game I just did was gone. I checked our team stats and the game was not in it. I looked at individual stats of players from both teams and they had stats from the game that was missing. But when I tried to email those individual stats and looked at the email that game was not there. I even did an export to my account and the game is still missing. If the player stats are there the game must be somewhere.

This is the second event of this I have seen tonight. Check out this thread posted earlier. Are you using an Ios device or Android?

All is not lost.

The first thing to test (and report to us here ) in 'disappearing game' situations is to check league assignments? Are the correct. simply enable ALL league in league manager and then see if the game shows up .. Normally it will and the source of your problem is a team and/or game are not associated with the league that is enabled at the time you are looking in team or game manager..

Second if that does not solve it, let us know the device you are using ( android, iphone etc) and th version of score you have. You want to update score when ever a free update is made available..

i-score support saved the day. I exported my data out and they were able to see the game as 'deleted'. They recovered it and I did the import and all is correct. Still don't know how it got deleted, but I am just glad I have it back. Amazing quick support.
