whenever I print, it cuts off and whenever I convert to a PDF...that doesn't work either

I assume you are talking about stats being wider than a normal page if you have all the columns enabled
found easiest for me to cut and paste into a word processor or email myself in excel and manipulate that way.
alternatively you can reduce the font size of browser or open up stats in a clean web page
