Why is teh game not updating on team website?

I sync and exported data and my game shows on iscorecentral, but is not showing on my team website. Why is that happening?

Number one thing to check is be is sure the team used in the game is the same team that you purchased the team web site for (ie., you did not delete amd recreate the team after purchasing team site, or don't accidentally have two teams with same name in your device, that could lead you to put the wrong one in the game)

Second most common issue, is miss assignment of leagues, both the game and the team and the web site need tp have the same league assigned. Double check league assigned to the game ( through game manager) and the team ( through team manager). Have the same league assigned as shows up on upper right of stats page in your team site.

Another issue is if you have multiple devices, must be using the original one used to purchase the team site.

Also, note the export will post the game, but you need to email the scorecard for it to show up..

Check those above items and if does not solve, post back..

I made sure that the teams, manager and league are all the same. I in fact tried to use all leagues. I purchased the scoring system on my IPAD and score using it. I purchased the website with a PC. I was able to upload my first scores to iscorecentral and create the website. Now, I have emailed, synced and exported and all 3 games show on myiscorecentral, but are not showing on the team website. I tried to login to the website from my IPAD to see if it would upload from there, and no. Any further help would be appreciated.

I am pretty confident FTM will be able to fix your problem pretty quickly upon recipt of your email. It sounds like the Team web site linkage has been disconnected from your iPad and site (likely the team you purchased for on the PC and the team on your iPad got mixed up, and FTM can manually reconnect them and then you will be back on track)

I recently purchased the iPad2 after scoring about half our team's season on my original iPad. Is it possible to update the team website directly from the new iPad? I am in the process of selling the original iPad. In the meantime I am stuck with transferring the game data to the old iPad then updating from the old iPad.

If you email us your old and new customer ID and the name of your team website to support@iscoresports.com and just let us know you want to transfer the website to the new device, we can do that for you.
