A common issue is not haveing the correct leagues active. Try it with ALL league on. If that solves it, just refine the leagues assigned to the team and the games in question.

Thanks for addressing this issue. My Customer ID is: OE7A233531.
The game stats that are not showing in team stats are from game of March 14, 2011, Olympia High School Varsity at Rogers High School Varsity. When I look at Olympia HS, Team Pitching, I see the correct stats. But, when I go to Team Manager, Team List, Olympia High School Varsity, Team Info, Team Stats, there are no Pitching stats for Leo Valenti or Trevor Houser.
I have tried setting Leagues to ALL, but the problem persists.
The other odd thing that I have noticed is under Player Manager, Player List, Leo Valenti has 5 entries. I was going to delete all except one, but a dialog box warned of deleting all associated statistics, so I left them. I checked the 5 profiles and Leo appears to be associated with the appropriate Leagues.
I have exported my iScore book to your servers. I really like iScore and hope we can resolve the issue.

Thanks,
James

We can see in your data there are 5 entries for Trevor, and 5 for Leo. This is the issue. You should only have one Player record created for each player. You can go to Player Manager, and use the Merge functionionality there to combine the multiple Trevors into a single Trevor and the multiple Leos into a single Leo. Once you have done this, chances are your stats will be what you expect.

iScore keeps an internal ID for each player --- we can't rely on names because there could be multiple "John Smith"s on a team for example. You should never create a new Player for someone you have already scored for, or it will treat them as separate players for stat purposes.

Success! Thanks. Leo Valenti's stats show up in his Team Stats.
One more question, if I may. In trying to troubleshoot this problem, I intentionally deleted Trevor Houser's 4 other player records. His stats do not appear, as the dialog box told me before I deleted the records. Is there a simple way to fix this? Will Trevor Houser's stats show up in future games, i.e., new stats?

Thanks,
James

New stats will show up, but there is actually an easy fix right now. If you go to the games he was deleted from, go to the Pitch by Pitch, go to the "Game Starts" event, and press "Edit" next to Starting Lineup, and remove any existing Trevor Houser players that show on the lineup, but add in the "real" one, and save, his statistics will be updated for those games as well. If he came in as a substitute during the game, make sure you edit the pitches where he came in as a sub and put the "real" Trevor Houser in as a sub there as well.

Great tip FTM..

For others reading this, (and posted before) i highly recommended do not delete players (your own or opponents).. You will be tempted to clean up player manager, i suggest you do not, you can archive them to a hidden league, if needed but for a number of reasons, i have found good to keep around indefineately.

Success! Trevor Houser is back.
So, I feel like I made a mistake in entering the same players multiple times and I want to learn from the mistake. I believe the only place I may have re-entered a player was during a game. I may have been in the visitors lineup when I was supposed to be in the home lineup, consequently did not see the player listed, and added him in again. Anyway, now I know to use merge and not delete.
Thanks for your help!
