Missing Player - was there when I was keeping score
I have used iScore for 2 years and love it!
Yesterday I was keeping score at my son's game and everything seemed fine - after the game, I sent an email with all the stats, when I looked at the stats, the first batter was not displayed. I looked at the scorebook as well, and it only displayed 8 batters, the first batter wasn't there. Any suggestions?
A little more background if this helps, I have been using an iPhone for the last 2 years, yesterday I had an iPad with the iPhone version of iScore. I used the bluetooth connection to move the games and players for this year to the iPad. Then I scored yesterdays game. When I was having problems with the iPad, I sync'd the game to the iPhone and the player is there and the scorecard is correct. i also have done some deleting of previous years data from my iPhone before I sync'd it to the iPad.

Re: Missing Player - was there when I was keeping score
There have been some posts on the android side of missing players on report out but not on iPad...
don't have a specific solve, because have not seen that on my iPad iscore.. But do have a number of questions, to help clarify a few things tomotential isolate if the problem is systemic or what.., so FTM can investigate....
Do you have most current version of iPhone iScore 3.09 on both devices?
Do you have most current iOS on both devices ?
(iPhone and iPad) (I am guessing yes, but thought I would ask /verify)
Did you turn "ALL league" on. ( just to eliminate that as potential confusion)
The scored game was on iPad? And the 'missing data' was just on the emailed stats and emailed scorecard emailed from iPad, but not the iPad device itself, the device had the stats ok, and the scorecard ok -- looked right?
How many players were you expecting, 9? and was only batter 1 missing? Was the first row blank and then 8 rows, or just eight rows (no blanks). Same on stats and scorecard?
When you say you 'synched' .. you used options, data transfer, bluetooth to transfer the 'problematic' scored game from your iPad to iPhone. (correct) when you checked stats and scorecard on the iPhone for the problem game -both looked ok,? did you do any thing else to the game? Did you try and email from iPhone that same game, if so did stats and scorecard look ok when sent from iPhone ?

Re: Missing Player - was there when I was keeping score
There should be no open issues at this point for iOS or Android in regards to missing players. There was an issue with emails on the Android where if a player had not played in the field during the game, they would not appear in the emailed statistics, but that has already been fixed, and Android has immediate updates (so is on v3.11 at this point).

Re: Missing Player - was there when I was keeping score
I have version 3.09.141 on both my iPad and iPhone.
I have the latest iOS on both my iPad and iPhone.
I don’t have the iPad with me right now, but I do not have any leagues set up on it so it is either set to default or all (it’s whatever it is defaulted to when I downloaded the software), but I will try to change it to all when I get home and see if that changes anything.
I scored on the ipad, and the data was there as I was scoring, when the game ended I emailed my stats to myself. When I checked the e-mail the stats don’t have the 1st batter, the scorecard shows only eight batters, but after the last batter I can see the data that is drawn on the form that should have been the ninth batter. I went back to the iPad and the batter was missing from those stats too.
I synched to my iPhone using bluetooth, and all the data is there and correct. I can email myself the stats and they are correct.
I can send the data if that would help. I have exported both from my iPhone and my iPad to the iScore servers.

Re: Missing Player - was there when I was keeping score
Thanks
Sounds like all ok on iPhone, but an issue with iPad, on this specific game, for both what is now on the device and what was emailed. ( so far a one off problem-not systemic). This leads me to guess, perhaps you inadvertently deleted a player in the line up mid scoring or the game , somehow.. When you get back to your iPad, review the pitch by pitch for starting line and substitutions along the way. See if somewhere you lost a player.. If you make some corrections, go back into the game and see the 'game over' screen, and then re test the stats and scorecard again on iPad device. If they are back correct, next email yourself again..
It may help FTM to see the iPad data.. As it seems limited to iPad, sounds like you have exported the data. So send support@iscorecentral.com an email with your device ids and explain the issue, and identify the specific game.. perhaps a link to this post as it is complex (different folks on forum and email at times).

Thanks, I sent in an email and will see if they can diagnose the problem.

Feels like a deleted player or messed up substitution some how

Thanks for your help. It was a deleted player and support was able to restore it for me.
