Options > export
( when connected to Internet)

(you should do this after every game to update FTM servers to populate admin web site and create an emergency backup)

Just wondering if you received my data. If it helps, when I emailed the stats to myself, not only do I lost about five players stats, I lost about half of the player numbers as well. What am I doing wrong here?

We actually need your Customer ID to be able to look at your data. If you can email us your customer ID (found on Options screen), and a brief description of the issue you are seeing (people responding to support are not always same people responding to forum), we can take a look at your data specifically.

We did get your email of the stats, but that does not help us to look at the underlying data.

Thank you.
