Emailing Team Stats?

Post by angelfn18 » Mon Mar 14, 2011 6:49 pm

Hello, I currently have season stats for 19 players on my roster who have played at least one game. When I go to Team Manager, then to team stats it shows stats for all 19 players but when I email these stats to my self, it only gives me stats for 11 players. What am i doing wrong?

Thanks,

David

Welcome to the board.

Are all the league assignments for the various games checked for the team in team manager?

It just my team for a city league. Do I need to create a league to make this work?

My bad, I misread the OP. If the stats are showing in the team manager they all should email.

What device are you using apple or android?
Do you have the most recent update, 3.09.141?

@angelfn18 - We identified an issue this evening where on Android devices, emailing Team Stats are only showing rows for players that have fielded in at least one game. We will be submitting a fix for this tonight. It sounds like you are experiencing this issue, and the update should fix it for you. (It will be v3.11)

If you have checked the box to "Allow automatic updating" (this is an option in the Android Market), then it should automatically be installed on your device.

If you have not checked this box, then just vising the Android Market, and searching for iScore, you will see the "Update" option there.

(fyi... Updates are always free for existing customers just like with iOS).
