I am a new user. I have emailed the scorecard and really like it. There were 16 batters on the game. I scored and e-mailed stats (including scorecard) to myself.
When the scorecard pdf was opened, only the bottom third of player 3's line was able to be viewed at the top of the document. (could not scroll up any more). The scrollbar was at the top-most position indicating there was seemingly nothing more to the top of the document.
All data was present for players 4-16.
Printing merely reproduces what the pdf document shows. (Nothing for players 1,2 and only the bottom third for player 3).
Is the pdf scorecard produced player-limited to only showing 13 players?
I can't find any setting that would seemingly cause this. Hope someone has an idea. I really like the scorecard and the way it is presented and hope to use it with all 16 players on my son's team.
Thanks.

It should be able to handle more players. Which type of device are you using? Android? iOS?
If you can do an Options->Export, and email us your customer ID (found on Options screen), and tell us which game is cutting off the PDF, we will take a look. Send the email to support@iscorecentral.com.

I am confident FTM will troubleshoot this. I have games with 16 players or more on scorecard..

Thanks for the quick reply to my post. I have sent an e-mail to support with information and attached the scorecard.pdf.

Re: Scorecard pdf begins at bottom of player 3
We have found the issue and are submitting a fix to the Android Market tonight. With Android devices, the Scorecard PDF was being created at 8.5" x 11" no matter now many players you had in the lineup. We have now modified it to scale to the number of players / innings as needed.
Watch for v3.11 in the Android Market.
