Email game link

Post by coop85 » Sat Mar 12, 2011 6:29 pm

Is anybody else having any problems emailing the game link? I have iscorecast enabled in options, the game is showing up on the iscorecast viewer and I have tried both wireless and 3G on the iPad. I have tried 3 different email addresses and none of them are receiving the email. I am able to sync the iscorecast AND email the game stats to these email addresses, so I don't think it's a spam file thing. Any ideas?
Thanks.

You can try sending the email to the game to us at support@iscorecentral.com (and also send an email saying you are doing it), and we can send it back to you if we get it as confirmation that it worked. Be sure not to use any extra punctuation when entering the email addresses. We have had people adding semi-colons, periods, hyphens, parenthesis, etc to the end of email addresses, and this will prevent them from working properly.

We received it and forwarded it back to you. This would imply that the receiver(s) of the email are having the mail sent to a SPAM folder or it is automatically being deleted.

Do you have another email address of your own you can try?

The emails will come from "DoNotReply@iscoresports.com", so if you have a way to force your email server to receive email from that address, it could help.

Thanks. It turns out gmail is treating this as spam, but not the other emails from the same address. Oh well, that's easy to fix!
Thanks for the help!
