Manually Entering and Changing from Scorebook

Post by delidude » Tue Mar 08, 2011 2:58 pm

Forgive me if this has already been answered but we just bought this terrific program and we have already played our first game. I manually entered the stats and while we normally rotate defensive positions in this little league, I didn't worry about that for the purposes of this first game. However, I failed to properly account for my pitching changes. Can I go back and make this change so that my pitching stats are accurate at the end of the season or would that require me re-entering the entire scorebook?

Welcome to the board.

From the game info screen you can go into pitch by pitch
select the play that the new pitcher entered
input the substitution

After you do this, all statistics will automatically by updated.

Similar issue.

Trying to go back into a game where some scoring discrepancies were made.

For example: FIrst inning my scorekeeper forgot to record a double steal and as such the run that we scored that inning was never recorded--

Also, second inning, one of our players was in the system as "active" but he wasn't there--how can i deactivate

Or will I need to re-enter the whole game?

You can edit substitutions after a gam in pitch by pitch editor..
(Game manager > select game > pitch by pitch editor)

The pitch by pitch editor will let you make "non game changing" edits, but will let you make game changing edits, that have interdependence on other actions..

You can however manually override stats, in stat pages, tap a cell you want to change , like runs and can manually over ride ..
