Cannot download Games
I have an iPad and an Android. I scored games on my iPad then emailed them, synchronized them and did an export. I then want to download just 1 or 2 of the games I scored into my Android. When I do a data share the Android sees games I no longer have on the iPad and the games I want are not there. I thought it was a league assignment error as you suggested. After selecting ALL on all teams and games, still no luck.
Can someone help?

Re: Cannot download Games
If you can email us your Customer ID of each device, and tell us which game you are trying to Data Share, we can take a look.
Just as an fyi... if you had already data shared the game, then the game record will exist on the Android device already, and trying to Data Share again will not allow you to transfer the game again. Once a game exists on a device, you can not use data sharing a second time to transfer the game again.

How can I clear the first game? So I can try importing it again. Because I can't see it.

Re: Cannot download Games
If you update to v3.09 (which Apple approved tonight), the Data Sharing should work fine now.

Re: Cannot download Games
The easiest way is to go to the App Store on your device, and click the Updates tab. You will see an option there to update iScore.

Re: Cannot download Games
OK That sort of worked. I was able to import the games..no problem. Now when I am working on the website, make changes to rosters and teams and try to import it into my iTouch my device crashes and locks up. When I close the app and reopen I get the main screen with out the options, league manager, Team Manager etc. buttons.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Re: Cannot download Games
Aaron..you reference three devices itouch, iPad and android.. Data sharing and admin web site data entry and import... .hard to help trouble shoot without a bit more clarity on which device when, doing what... We can generally help more (dan, FTM, myself and others) with more detail..
My first thought is be 100% sure working on the right admin site when you import. Remember each site is unique to a device.. Etc.. I know that os overly simple, but a starting point
