Team stats

Post by hcortez3973 » Wed Mar 09, 2011 10:43 am

The team has played 5 games but the stats only show 4 games. I have done the tune up but nothing has change.

Welcome to the board.

Are all the games assigned to the same league? And is that league assigned to the team?

One additional thing to check... on Game Manager, do all of the games should "F" meaning the game is over, as opposed to an inning number? We have had a customer occassionally not end a game when it is over. If a game ends before the scheduled number of innings, be sure to use Misc->End Game to let iScore know the game is over so final stats calculations can take place.

Scorekeeper had created a second team, so while the titles of the games looked like it was the same team for all 5 games, there was actually 1 of the 5 that was a separate team with the same name, so cumulative stats would not combine the two.

Normally you would be able to merge the teams, but the second copy of the team had also been deleted, so we had to manually combine the data for the customer.
