Game not showing up on iScoreCentral + Deleted game

I actually have two issues: (more that that if you ask my team, but nonetheless...)

#1 - I scored a game on iPad today, and have synched it with iScorecentral and it is not showing up on my team website, while every other game I have done the last two seasons have shown up without fail.

#2 - I was in a hurry and the sun was all over my screen and I deleted a game, can that be retrieved from my database?

I just need to know who to send it to (email address).

Regarding 1, is the league assigned to the game also assigned to the team? The website pulls data from the leagues assigned to the team.

I think you need to export not just sync with Iscore central.

Did you export before you deleted the game? If so FTM may be able to help, if you deleted before export I don't know if they can retrieve.

I fixed the sync problem by just re-syncing a few more times.

Unfortunately, this was a mid-tournament game and I do not think that I did a sync. Is it worth checking out?

It is worth a try. In another thread FTM spoke of when something is deleted it actually isn't deleted it is just hidden. That may apply in this situation, but FTM would need to weigh in on this.

Just do an Options->Export now, and email us with your customer ID and let us know the teams involved in the game you accidentally deleted and we should be able to recover it for you. Email us at support@iscorecentral.com. Your Customer ID is available on the Options screen in iScore.
