Go back and change play

Post by J-Man » Fri Mar 04, 2011 9:04 pm

I just finished scoring a game. During one of the innings, I did the play incorrectly and had to make an imaginary out at the end of the half inning to finish the inning. I'm now trying to go back and change the play, but it wont allow me to change what i want. I need to change a play into a double play in stead of a single out. Yes, this affects the entire half inning, so I have to change another play as well...which was the imaginary out. How can I do this post game?

You can not edit "game changing" plays post game (for exactly the reason you are specifying ---- changing one play can have impacts on others). You can however change the statistics, and add notes to the plays.

To do this, go to Game Manager, select the game, select the team + stats you want to edit (batting, pitching, or fielding), then tap any statistic to override it with your own value.

What about just going back and changing a hit to an error?

You can change a hit to an error...because those are not "game changing" plays. In other words, changing a hit to an error does not affect any other plays in the inning.

Royce, in the pitch by pitch on the game info page go to the play in question, tap the play and it will give you edit options. Make the changes and you should be good to go.
