I am starting my 2nd season with iscore and love it. How do I start my new season with new stats but also keep cumulative for returning players?

Start a new league for this season. When you want cumulative stats check all the leagues that apply to the player. If you only want current season then check only that league.

Will I be able to seperate these stats in my team website as well or do I have to buy a new team website for this year?

All the players will show on the roster from both seasons. Stats will populate based on the leagues you have associated with the team in team manager and the leagues you have games assigned to. The multiple leagues will show in the website drop down menu at the top right corner. League "all" will show all cumulative stats for all players.
