is it possible to score two seperate teams in 2 seperate leagues on one iPod touch?
I will purchase a second team website for the second team but will I be able to score both teams?
Also to throw in a wrinkle, my son plays on both teams.

I do recommend separate team web site subscriptions for each team as you mention.
I have multiple kids who play on multiple overlapping teams throughout the year. You can score and track as many teams as you want (your personal physical time and logistics will be your constraint, not iscore). You will be able to see your kids stats individually by team and leagues and cumulative if you want.
When you fall in love with iscore, and find a friend to score games you can't be at, you can exchange device id numbers, and share data from one device to another.
additionally, if you plan to use iscore for multiple years and multiple teams, you may also want to investigate the "player spotlight" subscription, it is like a team site, but focused on one player (vs the team) and lets you access his/her lifetime stats on the web, view individually by team or league, or by game or cumulative for lifetime.
