Multiple Scorers / Scorers roles

I think it would be cool if games stats could be merged after a game. That way a pitching coach could do pitching stats (along with a spray chart) and locations -which is very time consuming and requires a lot of focus. While another could do advanced hitting and all those could be MERGED to an official scorer game.

This could also be useful to leagues using iScore, as each team might do the advanced pitch chart for their own pitchers, but not for the opposing pitchers. When the two scorers are merged, it gives the hitters more detail...

How I would see it working is the game is setup like any other on the master scorer's device. Before the game starts the game/rosters/etc is cloned to any number of secondary devices. Those secondary devices are used to score the game just like normal.

At the end of the game the stats are merged with the official copy - essentially filling in the blanks. Rules would need to be worked out to assign precedence when there are conflicts, but that could be as simple as the order the devices data is merged.

Now that iScore is available to Android users, there is an even larger pool of potential contributors to the stats staff!

Thank you for the suggestion... we have had similar requests for shared scorekeeping in the past, and have it on our enhancement list. We will continue looking at this list and re-prioritizing based on customer demands. Thank you.
