League Manager

Post by kandlqueen » Tue Feb 08, 2011 4:43 pm

I am Ready to pull my hair out.... could someone please help?
I have set up, and paid for a new team website for our high school team. I entered 3 leagues, assigned the games to the leagues, assigned the teams to the leagues and the players to the leagues.

When I go to the website, There is no drop down menu to select what league I want to view. It only says (ALL)

What step have I missed?

To get the League drop down to appear on the website, you need to:

1. Make sure the leagues are assigned to the teams (i.e. Team Manager, select the Team, select Leagues, and make sure the leagues are checked there). It sounds like you have already done this.

2. Make sure after any changes you make on the device, you do an Options->Export from within iScore to send the data to the server. This should be done any time you enter new data on the device (changes to leagues, teams, scoring a game, etc).

3. Log in to your Team Website as Admin, go to Settings, and make sure the "Guest Selectable" under Leagues (bottom right corner) is set to something other than Always Deny.

If you have done all of the above, please email us directly at support@iscorecentral.com with the name of your team website and we can take a look to see what might be causing the leagues to not appear.
