Leagues not working

Leagues not working

All of my games are showing up even if the league is not selected. Could it be because I imported the games to my device from another device?

Probably. They are probably in the "All" league now. Check and see if that's active. Imported games do not get assigned to their old leagues because leagues don't get imported. You need to set them up yourself, then make the league active, and import the games you want into that league. Of course, you have already imported, so you can just assign the games to the leagues you want. This is actually quicker on the Admin site (at least I think so). So you could export your current database, set up your leagues on the web site (if you don't already have them) then assign the games to leagues.

I have turned all off. I am still showing a game that is listed as being in 1 league even when that league is turned off.

Jbeckman's points are correct. Just to clarify for those reading..When you acquire games by 'data sharing', the source device league assignments are not brought in. Instead, games acquired by 'data sharing' inherit the leagues that are enabled /on the receiving device at that time of the data transfer...


Check the leagues assigned to acquired games and manually reassign as needed...

Okay, I got it to work by putting everything in the appropriate leagues and then powering off my device. When I turned it back on, every game was in the right place.

The manual assignment of games to leagues after transferring them is expected...but a device re start is not generally required..

But glad to hear all good now..

I am having the same issue. How do I manually assign the games. I see where I can do it in other areas but not games. I have a 2010 season and 2011 season and they all show up on the same screen.

In Game Manager, select the game, then scroll all the way to the bottom. Under Options, tap on Leagues. Then tap to the far right to check or uncheck the leagues you want the game in.

Also note, when you start a new game it adopts the current active leagues,

so if you want future games to all be 2011, enable 2011 in league manager and disable all others. new games will now be assigned to 2011 as they are created.
