Pitcher sub wrong on scorecard

Pitcher sub wrong on scorecard

Playing a game and forgot to record a pitcher sub in the 2nd inning. Exited scoring screen, went to play by play, and put it in. On the scorecard it shows the sub occurring in the 2nd, but for the wrong team (visitors did the sub, and it shows there instead of on home team). Subs done during the game show up properly. Stats are OK, only scorecard is wrong.
