Email Player's Card

Post by rexrode » Tue Nov 16, 2010 7:51 pm

I like the feature of emailing the players card and the first time I used it, it worked real well. Our fall season just ended and I went to email the players card and pdf file didn't open correctly and all the info wasn't on it. What do I need to do to fix it.

We have had a couple people report issues like this and have been able to fix it in their specific cases. If you can do an Options->Export on your device, and email your customer ID (found in bottom left of Options screen) to support@iscorecentral.com, and let us know which player is not coming out correct, we can take a look to see what is happening.

No, you will not lose it. Export sends a copy to our server.
