"Invalid Restore" when emailing player cards
"Invalid Restore" when emailing player cards
I started using the new feature to email player cards - very cool! It all works fine except for the card for one particular player where I get an "Invalid Restore" error and a blank page when I try open it up in Adobe (Adobe Reader 7.0). Every other player works fine. I searched the forum but didn't see anything like this yet. Any ideas? Thanks.

If you can do an Options->Export from your device, and email your customer ID to support@iscorecentral.com (Customer ID can be found on the Options screen in iScore), and let us know which player you are seeing this issue with, we can take a look at your data and fix whatever is going on. Thank you.
