One team but several leagues
Here's the situation. Our team is playing in two different leagues - a main league and a secondary one. I would like to score all the team's games but would want to have the ability to separately view their stats (both on my iphone and on the team website) on a per league basis. Can this be done? Also, some players for this team play on another team which belongs to yet another league. When I do the player manager view, is there a way to only view the players' stats for the 1st and 2nd leagues only and not combined with the 3rd league?

Yes, and yes.
1. Leagues can handle filtering a teqm by multiple and seperate leagues exactly their inteded purpose
Leagues are very powerful filters..see this post for some more info
