Errors not showing in box score, stats

The errors dont all show up in the stat page and box score even if they were in fact scored since they show up in the scorecard and play by play. I already tried recalc. Last time this happened it was because i had not assigned positions yet but this time all positions are already assigned. What could be wrong?

You may need to consider provideing more detail amd send email to support @iscorecentral.com. Include your specific game info, device id and export your database.

One guess. Are you talking about not displaying accurately on the team web site? If so is it correct on your device, if so then you have not exported your most current data.

When I check the scorecard, there are clearly more than 1 error showing up but the boxscores and statistics only show one. I did the re-exporting again and it did not change. By the way, are WPs and PBs considered errors? I noted that it was considered errors for one team but not for another in the same game.

Like you are saying the stats on the device and the team site all match, the descrepency is between what is on scorecard and the stats. And likely your understanding vs software error. need specifics to help debunk. I can envision times on a scorecard where error is listed multiple times, eg for each player that advances, but only counts once.

If you can do an Options->Export from your device, and email us directly with your customer ID (found on Options screen) and tell us specifically which game and player have an error mismatch, we can take a look at your data and let you know what is going on.
