Ground into double play not showing up on stats

I have a situation where a player grounded into a double play and his stats don't show it. It does, however, give credit to the fielding team.

Was the ball marked as a "Grounder" when you were placing the location of the hit? If it was marked as a "Line Drive" (which is often the default), then the batter will not be charged with a Ground Into Double Play, but the defense still gets credit for the Double Play.

You can check this by going back to the Pitch by Pitch listing for the game and editing the pitch where the batter hit the ball. You can change it from a Line Drive to a Grounder if that was the issue, and the stats will be updated.
