Am I missing something? After tapping the new "Recalc" button we are presented with a popup screen that reads, "Recalculate All Stats? Press Yes to recalculate all batting, pitching and fielding stats. Press No to only recalculate the batting, pitching and fielding stats that haven't been edited.
"...haven't been edited"? Should this read, "...have been edited"? If stats have not been edited why do they need to be recalculated? If this isn't a typo, can someone please explain?
Is there a typo in the RECALC warning screen?
Re: Is there a typo in the RECALC warning screen?
I agree the language is odd, but i do not think a typo either. Here is how i am expereinceing it and interpreting it. .( perhaps FTM will counter me)
when you make an "override", say convert a reach on error to a hit or hit to reach on error, as soon as you hit 'return' and key board goes away, the directly associted calcs like players average and OBP get updated. w/o hitting recalc.
Recalc behavior,
the YES recalc, does as expected, recalcs everything and elimnates the prior overrides.
the no, recalcs the whole table leaving your overides in place. fixing any third order math that may be impacted by the over rides...
Any other / better opinions out there?

Re: Is there a typo in the RECALC warning screen?
If someone has better wording, we can certainly update it. The key is there are three options:
1. YES - will recalculate all statistics and revert manual overrides to the values iScore would calculate for them.
2. NO - will recalcualate all statistics but leave overrides in place if any have been entered.
3. CANCEL - do nothing
The purpose of the recalc button is to eliminate the need to go to the "Game Over" screen like we used to recommend in some situations if there is a new way stats are being calculated with new releases. There is an internal table that stores the statistics for all the games that is used when displaying stats on the Player Card and on the Team Websites. That table is now also used for all stats on the device for improved performance with this release (new to v2.80... some of you with lots of games may notice improved performance when viewing Team Stats). Recalc forces iScore to read the complete game details and update this stat summary table with the statistics from the game. The vast majority of the time it will not be needed. It is only needed if there is a newly added statistic, or if you have made an edit and would like to revert to the default iScore calculation for the stat. Another rare case may be if there is an issue with a particular stat calculation that we fix in the future, the Recalc button would be the way to update the stats after a new release to force the stats to use the new logic for stat calculation.

Re: Is there a typo in the RECALC warning screen?
I would suggest two buttons on the Team Stats page. The current 'Recalc' button and a new 'Reset' button right next to the 'Recalc' button. The 'Reset' button would ask Yes/No to 'Do you wish to reset all manual stat overrides to the game defaults for this team?' Pressing Yes would redo the overrides and recalc stats for those games as needed. The 'Recalc' button would ask Yes/No to 'Do you wish to recalculate all statistics for this team?'.
To me, dumping overrides is an action that is independent of recalculating stats and should be distinct for the users. I understand that is not what is really it is very different.going on internally, but for the end user, this current way is very confusing.
