team site purchase

I purchased the team site through the admin website. yet when I go through the app on my itouch is says I need to purchase it.....

will it charge me if I go through with it on my device

You do not need to purchase it again. Are you not seeing your team when you go to your website address? If you can email us directly at support@iscorecentral.com with the name of your team website and your customer ID (bottom left of Options screen), we will be able to give you direct help. Thank you.

rgoodwinco -email support, they will fix you up. Is there any chance you deleted a team on your device and recreated?

Question ftm .... When you purchase a team site from the admin site.... Do you need to do an export for the device to 'know'?

When purchasing from the admin website, as long as the team was first created on the device, it should "know" automatically. If you create the team on the admin website and then purchase from there, you will have to import to get that new team back to your device, but it should then know you have made the purchase.
