Email not working and Can't log on to the website

Email not working and Can't log on to the website

I have tried to export my games to go website and email them to two of my email addresses. I haven't received it in either email. When I try to go to the Admin Website, my customer id isn't recognized at all.

In order for the Admin Website to function, you must have exported at least one time successfully. WIth both emails and Admin Website failing, it sounds like you may be having connectivity issues. Be sure your device is connected to the internet and is able to reach our servers. To do this, open the Safari browser on your device, and try browsing to http://iscorecentral.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;. If you are able to do this, your device is properly connected to the internet, and you should be able to send the emails and do an Options->Export so you can access the Admin Website.

msrays, did you check your junk email folders for the game emails? Did you get a successfully sent message after you sent them on your device?
