Sounds like it is likely a network connection issue. The best thing to try is completely powering off your device and powering it back on, then try the iScorecast Synchronize again. This will reset your network connections.

Completely powering off did not work. I even tried a different wi fi network with no luck.

What is the network error you are getting when you do the iScorecast Synchronize? If you email us your Customer ID (found on Options screen), we can check our server logs to see if there is any issue on our end --- we keep logs of the exports and export attempts. You can email us at
support@iscoresports.com.

Has the game started yet.?
If the game was just set up and not started yet and you try an iscorecast synch from the game info screen.. You get
"network error has prevented the transmission from finishing" error
( I get this on my iPad iscore version 3.35 - i do not recall this in prior versions, but may have forgotten)
Is that the error message you got? If so, hit play amd then exit back to game info screen to synch
