This is going to be long winded, sorry. I am running v 4.46.404 on an Asus droid based tablet v 4.1.1. I have exported recently and need some help with leagues? I think. When I choose a league, ( this year's varsity) 14 games show up on the game manager. When I go to stats, all starters have 13 games. I can see by dates which game is not included. I have checked to make sure that the game is in the league. Also, one of the games has the wrong date, not sure why, the dates on the game itself are ok. Beyond that I am missing a homerun my daughter hit in the hitting chart, but it is in the stats. I checked the pitch by pitch and it is recorded correctly. If you need more info, let me know, I'll keep checking the FAQ.
thanks
k

Re: games in manager but not in stats
It sounds like you have likely created duplicate player(s) for one of the games. See the following link:

Re: games in manager but not in stats
checked the player and she is not duplicated, just wondering if i need to re enter the game(s) in question to see if they will "take" or if there is a simpler solution. i guess the thing that makes me think i won't figure it out is that the game missing on the stats is in the game manager when i select the league i want, i don't think i have any knowledge that goes that deep.

Re: games in manager but not in stats
If the game is in game manager and the stats are there for the players in game manager, then duplicate players, duplicate teams, deleted players, or having the players in both home and visitor lineups are the only things that would cause the stats to not show correctly in team stats. If this does not help you resolve the issue, then if you can export and email your customer ID and the details of the specific player and game in question to support@iscoresports.com, we can take a look at your data.

Re: games in manager but not in stats
Ok, so I did an undo on the game in question and replayed the last play, it archived again and all the stats are in where they are supposed to be. The only thing I have left is a homerun stat that for some reason won't show up in the hitting chart. I know that's not huge, but if we could figure it out, I would be grateful.
Thanks

On another note, I emailed the hitting chart to myself and the homer shows up on that.....
Geez I'm a pain.
