Stats Transfer Issue

Stats Transfer Issue

Morning,

I'm trying to transfer stats from one device to the other online, however, the other device is not showing. When I scroll down it shows as being registered. I have not transferred stats nor used the other device in about two weeks. Not sure what I have to do, please help.

Try doing an Options-> Export from both devices to make sure all current data is on the server. Then try the transfer again.

:transfer stats from one device to the other online.: . is not a common phrase we use. Do you mean Option> Data Sharing? or are you talking about using the Admin Web site. my.iscore.central.com. (which copies an entire device data base and completely overwrites the target device - using Managing Data" on the Admin Web site )
