Double play-bases loaded

Double play-bases loaded

I have an issue with a bases loaded double play.

Batter grounds into a 6-4-3 DP. iScore asks what happened to the runner on third. No option for me to say held up. Runner at second goes to third. Runner that was at first I select double play.

The inning ends but iScore shows the run scoring. I have to go back and change to the runner at third grounding out to make it work.

What gives?

When it asks what happened to the runner on third, enter Safe, Home, Run Not Scored.
