Import line-up files

Post by LBWood » Sat Jun 01, 2013 8:14 pm

For replayers, being able to import historical team roster (ROS) files and game line-up (LUF) files to build teams, game schedules and seasons is a huge time-saver. I hope the same functionality can be brought to iScore.

If you are trying to get historical team rosters that are available from Retrosheet, they are now available to subscribers of the MLB Rosters in iScore. See the following link:

That's part of it. The whole deal would be the ability to also import the game line-ups for a whole season and create the team's games (or part of) from those line-ups. The gaming community has created files (with the LUF extension) for that purpose.
