Substitution/Pinch Hitter Warning

I often score in distracting environments and don't always remember from inning to inning when a substitution was made. It would be nice if there was a warning for substitutions and pinch hits at the change of an inning.

For example:
If a pinch hitter is entered in the bottom top of the 6th, warn to set new defender when going into the bottom of the sixth.

Conversely...
If a defender is substituted out, warn to enter new hitter when the substituted player's hitting position comes up to bat.
