Emailing Team Stats

I used this app last year and never had a problem emailing team stats. now when I try to email them, I get the Excel document called "team stats" but there is NO information on it, only a tab at the bottom of the page that says "worksheet" but no other information. In that past I would see three different tabs including batting, pitching, and fielding. I have tried the CSV format and the HTML format, but neither email includes any information. We have completed 2 games and when I click on the team manager and select my team on the device, I can pull up the individual player cards from my teams roster. They all include the information from both games, but when I click on team stats, there is no individual player information and it's showing 2 G, 5 PA, 2 AB, 3 Runs ......, but not individual players stats and the numbers that it is showing are way off. Am I missing a setting somewhere?

Have you tried using the Recalc button when viewing the stats? This will tell iScore to recalculate the statistics for the game. If this does not work, then if you can do an Options -> Export and email your customer ID to support@iscoresports.com and let us know which game/team you are having trouble with, we can take a look at your data.
