Winning pitcher

Pitcher leaves after 5 with lead of 6 - 3. Reliever gives up 3 in 6th to tie. Home team scores walk off in 7th to end game. Who gets the win?

That relief pitcher, if he was still in the game as last pitcher for home team (smart to give up 3 runs so that he could then get the win :-) )
