Roster Sync

Post by MJKant27 » Sun Feb 24, 2013 8:16 am

I started a new game and when I got to the lineup screen, I hit the sync icon and I received the following message:

"You must upgrade to MLB2012 rosters to use sync functionality".

What do I need to do to correct this issue?

What exactly were you trying to do? Is this an MLB game? Have you purchased the 2013 rosters package?

The sync button is only used to update MLB starting lineups prior to the game. (And I'm not sure if it works with spring training games).

We do not get the Lineups for Spring Season games, so it will only begin functioning when the new season begins. Thank you for pointing out it says the MLB2012 right now however instead of 2013. We will change that messaging.

Thank you for the information. I was going to try getting used to using the app by going thru the process with a Spring Training game so I was up to sped when the season starts. I guess I will have to wait.
