Game stats bug? Strikeouts incorrect?

Hi all,

I think I have encountered a bug with the Baseball product. Here is the situation:

We played 4 games this weekend which I tagged to a new league I created for the tournament.

We played the games, I recorded the games as usual but when I view the team stats for our team by going to Team Manager->team info->team stats (filtered using the league I created) the stats are wrong for one of my players.

On her stats line, she has 4 Ks and 4 SO even though she did not strikeout in any of the games. I have verified this by going back through the game log and looked at all the game scorecards.

Interestingly, this player is our pitcher. And, in the last game for the weekend, she recorded 4 strikeouts - which is what is showing up incorrectly in her batting stats (4 SO).

It appears that her pitching K's are getting erroneously recorded in here batting stats. Has anyone else experienced this?

By the way, I have been using this product since March, so I am familiar with using it, tagging games and teams to leagues, etc.

If you can do an Options -> Export and email us your customer ID and the details so we can check your data to support@iscoresports.com, we can take a look. It seems highly unlikely there would be a bug in this regard or we would have seen this ourselves in the thousands of games we have scored and other users certainly would have reported this as well.

I will. And I agree that is more likely a config setting than a bug as I used this program all summer with no problems!

I just happened to catch this since it was the first tournament of the fall and I knew that the player in question should have had 0 strikeouts so it really stood out.
