IScorecast scaling issue with certain browsers...

Post by fmundy » Wed Aug 01, 2012 6:57 am

We have imbeded the Iscorecast website into our own team website. It works absolutely perfectly on IE8 and Google Chrome. On all other browsers the view is scaled so that only approximately 50% of the screen is shown in the wrapper (i.e. all you can see is left field and the iscorecast that's on that side of the screen). We've tried everything trying to force feed this to work but have been unsuccessful. Can anyone help?

I know on the successful browsers (IE8 & google chrome), the issue will arise when you click "off" the scaling button on the "settings" tab in the iscorecast. As long as you leave this alone it works perfectly in these browsers...

Help?

Cool! I cant help with the browser compatibility issue, but can you explain how you did this? Is it just an iframe? How do you scale it down?

I'm not the "programmer" but it's my understanding that it's just an iframe wrapper linked to iscorecast...

Scaling is only done properly by Crome and IE. We put the appropriate tags in the page to scale, but not all browsers support them. The other browsers expect the iScorecast to be displayed at the size it was created at (i.e. it will not scale).
