Not showing runs as earned but clearly are?

Post by Rosborn » Wed May 16, 2012 7:35 pm

Top inning, lead off singles, next batter, sac bunts, one out, runner on second. Third batter hits doubles and drives in runner on second but program shows as unearned? Fourth batter flies out, runner on second holds, now 2 outs, fifth batter doubles and drives in runner on second, again the program shows as unearned...unearned because of the blue infield but with the light circle in middle of infield... Please help. Has done this before but thought the updates fixed it, but doesn't look like it... Thanks

What are you selecting as the reason for the runner advancing to home? If you are selecting Advanced by Batter, and everything else you have specified is correct, then it should be an earned run. If you have said advanced by batter and it is not showing as earned, then do an Options -> Export and email us your customer ID and and which game and inning it is, and we can look at your data.

I'll forward, the lead off batter and the third batter were both hit in by a clean double by the fifth batter. The play by play reflect this...thanks, I'll forward. I have colleges using these stats to consider recruiting ...thanks

I went back a checked, on the pitching stats, the are correct, showing 3 earned runs for the game, but on the scorecard it shows incorrect with infield blue with the center with the light or white middle, and only shows one earned run for the entire game, not 3. So that part is incorrect, I did email the info, thanks.
