When does a game show up on iscorecast?

I've created a game but it hasn't yet started. The game shows up on the admin website, but doesn't show up on the scorecasts tab on the admin website. And, probably as expected, when I go to iscorecast.com and log in with my customer ID, I get a message saying something about that scorecasting has not been enabled on the device or a first game has not been created (probably because I have deleted all the other scorecasts I previously have done). I have scored and successfully scorecast several games, so I know my iPad is setup properly, and I just created a practice game and started the game and it properly shows up on scorecasts tab. But the real game which I have created but doesn't start until later today does not show up.

So I'm wondering when a game actually does show up on scorecast. I have seen before that it will show up on iscorecast.com at some point and says some message about "Waiting for game to start" and that's what I expected to see with this game that I've created but hasn't yet started, but it doesn't show up at all so I'm just wondering when it will. I'm sure it will once the game starts, but for parents who are logging onto the website in advance and see nothing (or see some message about scorecasting not being enabled) it is a bit confusing...

If you have iScorecast enabled prior to creating the game, and you have an internet connection when creating the game, it should show up right away. Make sure you are using the newest version of iScore.

If you can email us your customer ID to support@iscoresports.com, we can take a look at the server to see what we have received from your device.

Should show up immediately (usually within a few seconds of creating game).

Is iscorecasting turned on and did you have an active internet connection.
If you go in now and hit iscorecast synchronization, you should see it on iscorecast website.
