Parents cannot view scorecast....HELP!

I have i-scorecast turned on in the program options page, everything works great on my phone when entering results at the game, but for some reason the in game results I am entering on my phone are not reaching our parents computers at home. We have a great number of people who rely on the program to follow the games online when they cannot be there in person and they (and me) are becoming frustrated. Am I not doing something correctly? Do you have to have an internet connection for the i-scorecast to work? I noticed that there is an i-scorecast sync at the bottom of the game info page...do I have to select that prior to the game being started so that the info will go out? If anyone has some answers for me I would greatly appreciate it.

You must have an internet connection while scoring in order for the game to be viewed live. The iScorecast setting (under Options in iScore) must be set to ON prior to the game. Those are the only requirements.

If you do not have an internet connection at the field, the "i-Scorecast Synchronize" option can be used when you get back to a WiFi hotspot to send the game up to the internet.
