Stuck in update

Stuck in update

Newbie here! My iscore is frozen in the update process. This was an ordinary App store notified update. I've tried everything to get the update to either complete or stop but the app is grayed out & nothing works. Unfortunately I've never backed up my games on the web or iTunes. Has this happened for anyone else? If I delete the frozen app & reinstall, will all my season data be gone? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Try powering your device completely off and back on. (Press and hold the power button until the "slide to power off" message appears, then slide the button). Power the device back on by tapping the power button. Then go to the App Store and tell it to Update All. This should "kick start" the updates.

...and then make sure you export after EVERY game...:-)
