Courtesy Runner w/full lineup batting

Courtesy Runner w/full lineup batting

I cannot figure out how to show a courtesy runner if I am batting all members of the team. How can this be done?

Tap the runner on base, tap Courtesy Runner, and you can then select from any player in the lineup (whether batting or not) to be the courtesy runner for that player.
