Scorebook not syncing to team website

Scorebook not syncing to team website

After I complete a game, I sync it and export it. For some reason the Scorebook does not sync to the team website and it shows the game in the Queued for Sync dialogue box in the options menu. Everything else has synced up. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

You need to email the scorebook (to yourself, "web", or anyone)...will then populate on website.

I have over 20 games scored that I have synced to our team website and I never had to email the results before. I did try emailing the stats, and the scorebook will not upload to the website. It still shows the game as being "queued for sync" in the Options/Synchronization menu.

The game was supposed to be a 9 inning game but it was called in the 8th. I went to my options and ended the game, might that have something to do with it not uploading?

I went on to the admin website and my scorebook has been uploaded, but the game still shows up in my " queued for sync" dialogue box. How do I get it removed if all of the information has been uploaded? I have tried turning the app off as well as my iPad, ugh this is frustrating!

We are working on getting the sync working again. It should not effect scoring of the game in any way, and having the games in the queue should not hurt anything. The only side effect is that for Scorecards, you will have to email them for them to appear on the server.

I'm having the same issue! Scored a game last night, set leagues properly, can see the stats on the iPad and in the admin section, but not on the public website that I paid for. Just shows up in the "Queued for Synch" box. When do you believe this will be fixed? Thanks.

Stats are not effected by the synchronization. You need to do an Options -> Export to update your website with stats any time you score a game.

Yes, I have done that (about 5 times now)... The game is still sitting in "Queued for Sync" in Options->Data Synchronization. Something else I need to do? I don't remember having to do anything else to get the games to show up on the paid website last year (and I scored about 50 games). Thanks for your help!

The synchronization has nothing to do with updating stats other than posting the Scorecard automatically.

If you have exported, and your site has not udpated, the more likely cause since you say you are a long time user is getting a new device. Your team website may still be pointing to your old device. If you can email us at support@iscoresports.com with the URL of your team website, and your customer ID from iScore (on Options screen), we can take a look to see what is going on.

Greetings,

I too am seeing 2 completed games in my "Queued for Sync" The top of the screen says WiFi Only and under that is listed "currently NO internet connection". I am connected via my home wifi and have emailed myself the game stats, Game Info->iScoreCast Synchronize and they still appear to be "stuck". My ipad says I have a strong wifi connection.

As an asside, I do have a new device and FTM has already mapped my team website to my new customer id.

Any other thoughts of things to try?
