Question about adding stats for a game not scored in iScore

Post by heelatious » Wed Mar 28, 2012 12:42 pm

Got a question I need some help with. My son plays on the HS JV team, but also plays up with the varsity. I score both team's games with my Fire. Earlier this year, the varsity played a non-conference game on the road, while I was at our JV game, at home, and scored it. That varsity game is the only game I don't have scored in iScore for them, thus my team stats for varsity are one game away from being up-to-date for the season. Somehow the manual scoresheets for that game can't be found, so I can't get them from one of the assistant coaches and score it in iScore, like I did one other game.

I do have access to a boxscore of the game thru MaxxPreps. Here's my question...if I go in and manually edit all the players stats that played in that game in the team stats page, will they automatically save, and pick up from that point going forward, even though I didn't score it using iScore? It's really bugging me that I don't have the stats complete for the varsity the way I do for the JV.

Thanks in advance for the help.

Yes, you can create a fake game, start scoring it, use Misc -> End Game, then edit the stats manually and the stats will be treated like any other game for cumulative stats purposes.
