When enabling Twittercast is it possible to select when a tweet will go out? For instance if i want to tweet a score every inning or so is that possible? When I enabled tweeting last year my followers were getting a tweet on every pitch and I want to try to avoid that.

I think tweets are sent at start/end of game and every half inning. I dont believe this can be modified.

There was never a tweet on every pitch, but we do send a tweet at the end of each half inning as mprusak states.
