How is a game deleted from the Game Manager?
Also, how is a player deleted from the Player Manager?

On iOS devices, there is a trash can icon in the bottom right corner to delete a game or player.
On Android, from the Game Manager or Player Manager list, you would hold your finger on the row you want to delete until the Delete context menu appears, then press that. This is consistent with how other Android applications work (email, contacts, etc).
