Leagues Overview page - can't disable leagues

select N radio button for All, and another league, then press Save button, page returns with all leagues set to active.

We will look into this. It does not really do anything to turn leagues on/off in the Admin Website, so in the mean time, we would recommend just turning the leagues on/off from the device itself.
